new years season in tainlahd is the high season for hotels at beach resorts, i doubt if your going to have much fun on 4 to 500 dollars for two weeks for two people or maybe more since you say we. if you really plan to enjoy yourself. you can eat cheap at local shops and stay at small guest houses but still it not much to have fun.

Fred, it’s so beautiful to see what you have done. You had arirved in Mae Sot around the same time Nick and I had in 2007. I remember hearing all about your hopes to help, and I am amazed at your determination and long term passion to help. Thank you for continuing in your plight. Nick and I plan to be back again one day when our children are old enough to understand and volunteer in whatever needs to be done. I hope we can share more experiences/conversations/meals together when that time comes.
